We kick off July here at There Was Jack with a powerful house track, and at the same time, we welcome another great artist to the label. Dale Move got involved with music at a young age and quickly became interested in the DJ profession. The still young English talent consciously prepared himself to master the secrets of the production industry. Recently, he graduated from the Toolroom Academy and has become a refreshing presence on various social media platforms, thanks to Dale's vibrant personality.
In the spring of 2022, he caught attention with an unofficial remix that received support from several notable representatives of the underground house scene, such as David Penn and Chris Lake. This was followed by a series of excellent releases on labels like Toolroom Trax, Glasgow Underground, and Wh0 Plays. Since then, Dale Move's tracks have been featured in the sets of renowned artists such as Mark Knight, Claptone, Roger Sanchez, and Biscits.
Now, for the first time, we welcome him among us with a fresh, crisp house track. Titled ‘What You Want’ this song emerged from Dale Move's studio, filled with energy and colorful musical solutions. Alongside dynamic beats, a well-crafted bassline provides the foundation, complemented by a variety of instruments and a catchy vocal. Overall, it's an excellent vocal house piece that will surely stand its ground among the best house recordings and shouldn't be missing from the finest house playlists.
