    Josh Micky is a Yorkshire-based DJ/producer who has previously collaborated with fellow Trick affiliate Elliot Adamson, dropped scintillating mixes on Rinse FM, and DJ’d at storied venues such as Ibiza’s DC-10 and Leeds’ Mint Warehouse. Now readying his debut solo EP, Josh Micky delivers three pumping tracks for Patrick Topping’s label, taking inspiration from House, Italo Disco, Techno and beyond.

    “I’ve always been hugely inspired by the genres that were born throughout the 80s; there’s just something incredibly timeless and special about that era which forever draws me in. Therefore, I wanted this EP to encapsulate that nostalgic feel from that generation, whilst maintaining a modern-day twist. From start to finish, this new release is playful, emotive and full of character that I feel provides a great insight into the creativity that is to come from future productions of mine” - Josh Micky
