Coherent Breathing involves breathing at a rate of five seconds per inhale and five seconds per exhale. Click in the left ear - inhale, click in the right ear - exhale.

For long-lasting results, breathe daily for 10-15 minutes (or two-three 5-minute sessions). It's best if cardiobreathing becomes part of your morning (or evening) routine - a ritual you enjoy doing to prepare for the day ahead.
