From the top of the island of Cheung Chau to its narrow streets, the duo ▶▶△ TREE-ANGLES comes back with a tribal sound punctuated by the percussion of spiritual rhythms: ceremonies past that haunt the Hong Kong nights.
For this new EP, they collaborate with several cutting edge artists. SEVEN PRIMOE from Colombia delivers power and flow with cloud and trap influences punctuating his rapping over the original. This is followed by a breaks remix, with UK bass influences from #NORMAL. To conclude, a deconstructed, almost possessed, and all distorted version comes courtesy of Hong Konger SHELF INDEX.
The EP is accompanied by a video, directed by Preston Hartwick and made in Cheung Chau, illustrating the spiritual universe and local influences that inspired the duo.
