Joe Hunt has been DJing for 24 years now playing around the world up and down the uk circuit he also had a residency on the midlands Silk City radio for 15 years winnings numerous awards for his musical achievements. He has also had a dab hand in music production for 20 years plus now with a musical knowledge that stems from classic piano house, ukg, jackin house, speed garage and deep house. All these influences at many times are incorporated into many of his productions giving his music that unique twist and vibe. Of recent he has linked up with another producer going by the name of Alex Simmons and the amazing voice of Lauren G bringing you this classic vocal "You Better" originally produced by Mount Rushmore and Knack on the vocal. Alex Simmons started professionally DJing at 17 years old in 1999. Falling in love with house on the legendary Leeds club scene Alex started to promote his own events with partner Danny Bond and quickly became a well known name on the northern club scene throwing parties under the HABIT banner. HABIT was the first night that played electro in the north and Alex started his production journey in 2007 initially making music to play at his own events. In the early days he remixed commercial acts such as MGMT, Bob Marley, Katy Perry and the Isley Brothers and gave them that dancefloor dirty house spin and after producing over 100 tracks he has his first track released featuring the vocals of Lauren G. The two school friends connected on the club scene and have spent years together making music and in 2020 released there first album together called "Lockdown" as the early pandemic gave Alex Loads of time to spend in the studio. In 2022'he looks forward to more shows and sharing even more fresh music with the world!
