What happens when two heavyweights of the Afro house scene collaborate. Candy Man & Jim Mastershine need no introduction having released on all the top labels in the Afro House Genre, both recognized for their unique production style, they band together and bless Afrocentric Records with the first of 2 eps.
Excellent the lead track from this release sounds exactly like the name says. Subtle synth build around hollow strings and a rumbling bass line , add to this an innovative use of the bike sound and you have an excellent mix of the best sounds which make ups the bedrock of the Afro Tech sound.
Evil Laugh is built around just that an Evil Laugh sample with the addition of intricate drum programming and a beautiful orchestral breakdown make this a nice piece of afro tech perfect for warming up the crowd.
