Unlike a lot of electronic music, 'Wherever You Are' is not necessarily intended as something for people to dance to, rather as a piece of music that people would enjoy to simply listen to. Started a number of years ago with friend and fellow producer Covant, 'Wherever You Are' combines heavy melodic chords and melodies alongside complex sound design common in bass-centric electronic music. Although the main section of the chorus is written to be high energy, the sense of melancholy felt in both the intro and the verse is equally as apparent. After label issues and artistic differences delaying its release, 'Wherever You Are' is finally seeing the light of day, with Four Eyes' fans sure to enjoy it just as much as he still does after all these years.
