Haav’s music invites the open-minded listener to experience something different. Through sampling and experimental sound design, Haav transforms field recordings and found sound into unique sonic landscapes and textures. ‘Dypet’ (‘The Deep’) is the third single from the forthcoming mini-album ‘Flyt’; where music is made from water-derived sound sources. Through extreme sonic manipulations of running water and drops with tonal characteristics, Haav attempts to depict a mysterious submergence into the vast ocean, with slow-moving reverberant harmonies eventually disappearing into the deep.
