"I have so many people to thank throughout my journey thus far, but this long message is to bring one specific person to light: my piano teacher, Scott Anderson. For years, he pushed me to take on the challenges he put in front of me. He provided motivation and confidence when I didn’t have any. He was my support system and cheerleader during some of the darkest times of my life.

Scott is the reason I have been able to receive an incredible education at Belmont University… which is located in one of the biggest music hubs in the country (Nashville, TN). He is the reason I was able to start pursuing my passions, and he is the reason I’ve had such a solid foundation in musicianship and dedication.

Scott was the first to truly introduce me to the world of music production and creating my own art through digital audio workstations. He not only taught me the technical aspects of production, but he also gave me the tools to create my art with practically no limits.

Nearly eight years ago, I introduced a song that I wrote called “Crazy” to Scott, and this song became one of the biggest projects I had ever worked on with him. As someone who was new to this music production thing, I remember being so proud of the entire process of creating this song: from pre-production, to tracking, to mixing, and to mastering. Little did I know that I would be submitting this very song to Belmont to get admitted into their music program, and that I would one day be distributing that song for all to hear.

For this experience and many more, I am beyond thankful for Scott. I owe him more than I can ever give.

With all of that being said, I am so unbelievably excited and honored to announce that I will be releasing “Crazy” in March as my next single. This song has grown alongside me; it reminds me of where I was eight years ago and how far I’ve come since then.

Thank you to all who have continued to support my journey, and thank you, Scott, for your guidance, wisdom, and endless encouragement. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without you."
