Kathy's Basement is the first live studio project from Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter/guitarist Kameron Corvet. The project is dedicated to Kameron's mother(Kathy) and the wish to give her the basement that she always wanted for her children in her dream house. "I've always wanted to make it big and build my mom her dream house but during this time with the pandemic and an uptick in social justice, it's been important to value all of our relationships and not take them for granted" says Kameron. The project features some of the most recognized musicians in the world: Lil' John Roberts on drums, Darrell Freeman on bass, Bruce Robinson on guitar and Justin C. Gilbert & Pierre Medor on keys and production.

The project features an acoustic cover of "Don't Make Me Wait", the lead single that Kameron wrote and composed for Sting and Shaggy's Grammy winning album 44/876 and the song that gave Kameron his big break.
