The year is 2050 after a long nuclear war, 75% of the planet was left uninhabitable. A proposal was set up by private technology companies and various world governments to move humans into vast virtual worlds, named "Pleasure Domes". These virtual worlds devoid of physical limitations, including death, would be the final home for humankind. The remaining people on earth however formed a rebellion called "the new earth alliance" , they vowed to take down the pleasure domes and free humankind from it's virtual bonds. This is their story
