A bittersweet moment for Maurice Joshua on this remix of his 'Are You Ready' track that came out previously on Big Love. Ron Carroll had supplied vocals for Maurice as a favour. The two good friends were due to collaborate in the studio for this remix with Ron adding extra vocals. Unfortunately, Ron passed away suddenly before this could happen so here is a tribute from Maurice. A soulful affair focused around Ron's rich vocal hook, with warm rhodes, driving piano and an incessant sax riff. Soulful house from 2 Chicago house legends.
