A new talent to the Afro House genre we are pleased to welcome Nero Adore, with his first ep on Afrocentric Records.
Persistence of Ubuntu is a 3 track ep of pure head nodding Afro Tech, each track brings something different to a genre where many producers are producing by numbers. Kicking of the ep is “Drum Vault” produced alongside long time partner Neigbour. Driving synths, and haunting strings build the track into feverish live drumming which takes over the track adding another layer of groove. “We don't die we multiply” is tough afro tech banger supplemented by angelic synth stabs a bottom heavy b-line and a insistent groove. “ We don't die we multiply” is built around a slamming handclaps, dark deep synth and more live drumming.
Qinisela Wiseman Khanyile AKA Nero Adore. A self taught Dj and producer from Inanda Newtown Durban. A member of the Brave Souls collective , as well as a popular DJ in SA he has been working closely with a number of up and coming young producers with the aim of brining something different to the SA Afro Tech scene.
