NVNTR is a new techno artist from Detroit that has worked with Thomas Barnett as a DJ under the names “DJ DT” & “Phase One” from as far back as the late 1990’s. In the in between time David Tisch (aka NVNTR) has been granted multiple patents in his field at his day job, and he is known there as “the inventor”, so you can see where the name comes from…
Where the music comes from would best be described as a long time promised collaboration with Barnet who took on producing & remixing duties here on Tisch’s debut. NVNTR created just the right dark & funky riff to catch the attention of the entire Visillusion team, which lead to the acid mayhem & spaced-out remix from label partner, Ecilo, and Barnett’s pounder of a remix.
Visillusion offers up another tasty-techno morsel of dance-floor ammo to keep us moving with these 3 well-rounded “The Subway” mixes.
