In 2009, Following the snazzy pop production of the hip-hop laced and feature-laden "Breathe Easy Soon", Oscify dropped the Dr. prefix and set to work recording "Breathe Easy", an epic rock album blending numerous influences and personally challenging himself to develop new sounds and styles.

Designed to have one track flow into the next, similar to the original "Breathe Easy Soon Mixtape", this album contains very few rap verses and instead traverses sounds from alternative rock and country to progressive psychedelic, blues, and soul.

With mainly live instrumentation done by Oscify himself and very few synthesizers, "Breathe Easy" Occupies a throwback space where its sometimes hard identify the era the songs are from.

Conceptually the story mainly revolving around a man in his 20's finding himself, dealing with rejection and loss, and sorting through the modern view of relationships.

Not exactly the deepest lyrical content but largely very heartfelt with great compositions, "Breathe Easy" is a perfect snapshot of a growing artist practicing new styles and expanding his repertoire. Thank you for listening, and enjoy:
