In 1987, members of the group" Bioconstructor " - Alexander Yakovlev and Leonid Velichkovsky decided to record songs that do not fit into the concept of "Bioconstructor", but performed by them at discos. So there was an album "Pop Combine", which was not positioned as the second album of the group, but was a third-party project. The "Pop Combine" included experiments with rap, disco, and "new wave" styles. The album was lighter and dancier.Experiment by experiment, but it was not so easy for the pioneers of Russian techno-pop to get away from the legacy of the "Bioconstructor". This album-on-the-edge has, as they say, "meaning and rhyme", it still listens fresh, pleases with melodic solutions and makes you think, and it's worth a lot.
