The track is about how, somewhere in the mid-90s, an empty room with a chair was shown on TV as a screensaver at first. After a while, a man appeared on a chair and was sat silently, looking at you from the TV screen. And a few weeks later, he spoke and one of the main phrases that I remember was: "The time will come and I will say everything I wanted to say about this." The man from the TV, like a vivid memory from childhood.
