Solomun drops a beautiful remix of Change’s 1980 track ‘Angel In My Pocket’ as his fourth release of the ‘Love Recycled’ project.

With ‘Love Recycled 4,’ Solomun breathes new life into a timeless classic and continues the journey he began over a decade ago with his beloved ‘Love Recycled’ series. Born in 2011, the series has always been about heartfelt tributes to beloved classics that shaped the musical landscape, reimagined for today’s dancefloors.

This time, Solomun revives ‘Angel In My Pocket,’ a sultry disco gem from the 1980s by the transatlantic band Change. The result is a track that feels both retro and current, equally at home in sun-drenched day sets or hypnotic late-night sessions. Smooth yet powerful, nostalgic yet fresh – it captures the essence of what ‘Love Recycled’ is all about.

At its core, the series is about honoring songwriting and musical heritage. Solomun doesn’t simply remix – he deconstructs and rebuilds, with love and precision, creating something that stands on its own. It’s a statement: this is more than a remix; it’s a respectful evolution.

Now that ‘Love Recycled’ has grown into its own label, the vision expands beyond Solomun himself. A new wave of world-class artists will take part, continuing the mission of celebrating and reimagining the classics – not by imitating, but by transforming them with heart.
