Behind XNMOZA stands the pioneer of Russian electronic and dance music Arkady Marto, the founder and participant of one of the first Russian musical electronic projects, Moscow Grooves Institute, a member of Alexey Auigi’s 4'33 Ensemble and several other musical projects, each of which without hesitation can be called a cult. Arkady Marto participated in the performing of Eduard Artemyev’s suite “Heat of the Earth” (1986), and also released an album with the German composer and pianist Dietmar Bonnen (2009). The release on Tak.etomashina illustrates another facet of the talent of the musician and composer, this time experimenting with the sounds of analog and digital synthesizers passed through a resonator and guitar filters.
