Berlin based YOUCANCALLMEOLIVER (real name JP Oliver Viol) produces music with a downtempo touch, certainly influenced by other producers from Berlin such as Moderat or Siriusmo, though he considers his works “minimal”. It’s the type of music that has unexpected arrangements, which start and end differently - compositions with a melancholic mood carried by jazzy lead melodies and strong club-music grooves.

The four-track EP "Antics" is the successful result of a long process of searching and defining the artists own musical language - production tools and compositional techniques. The works on the EP can be considered laying foundations for the future to come.
